You are not just tech-savvy but feel a personal triumph each time you quickly master a new piece of software and implement it seamlessly into already-existing programs and systems.
You are comfortable working with online marketing software and programs, working in the backends of content management platforms, doing admin, content management, writing, research, social media, and organization.
You are hyper-focused in your work; you dedicate yourself to the tasks and projects at hand in an orderly way so that you can sign off at the end of each day knowing that you made progress.
You are OBSESSED with the details. Your brain goes into overdrive ensuring that all the dots are connected properly *before* hitting publish. Mistakes rarely happen.
You are someone who can work well under pressure, does not need to be monitored or checked up on, and are not flustered by facing multiple mini fires all at the same time.
You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive in to solve a problem that you may not know how to solve. Google is your friend.

About the Role
The role of Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time position that covers the communication and promotion of our events, forums, workshops and initiatives, organization and social/content management that includes (but is not limited to…)
Social media content curation is at the core of this position. This person will lead social media campaigns for all the different programs. Creating a social media strategy - then organizing, curating, creating and scheduling content
Content lead for members' newsletter
Formatting, editing and posting event details to the website
Looking over copy, catching any typos, mistakes or broken/irrelevant links
Responding quickly to comments, questions and emails
Monitoring LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter messages, comments and notifications
A typical day can involve several website page buildouts and updates as well as one or two email communications and a few social media posts across multiple channels. There will also be requests for support with print materials as needed.
Applicant must have 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
And PRIOR experience with:
Bonus points for HTML/coding, video editing, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite and SEO. If you don’t know these now, you must be curious and willing to learn them.
