Advisory Board Committees

The Advisory Board oversees three working committees designed to support Club staff in creating and managing new processes, programs, and initiatives.  Each committee will be responsible for creating their own charter and identifying projects each year. Committee members are integral to providing important support to the continued growth and development of The Club. Members have the opportunity to serve on the following committees.


Membership & Hospitality Committee

This committee is responsible for membership recruitment and hospitality including the sourcing and recruiting of new members through both Club and non-Club avenues as well as the onboarding of new members and ensuring a positive experience.  Projects/Initiatives for this committee may include (but are not limited to):

• New Member Recruitment Initiatives

• Management of Member Liaison program.

• Maintaining a presence at Club programming including working the membership table, greeting tables at programs or making introductions.

• Supporting Club initiatives to help new members develop meaningful connections in their first 6-12-months of membership.

Member Engagement Committee

This committee is responsible for ensuring that Club members are getting value from their membership.  Committee members provide feedback and support as it relates to member programming and the development of meaningful connections among members.  Projects/Initiatives for this committee may include (but are not limited to):

  • Advising The Club on ideas and programs to support members in developing meaningful connections across the full suite of member benefits (i.e. members-only events, civic programming series, etc.)
  • Supporting the development of new and existing programs and initiatives related to the member experience.
  • Leveraging technology and social media (LinkedIn Group, webinar programming etc.) to contribute to member programming and experience.

Digital Experience Committee

This committee is responsible for advising The Club and recommending technology solutions and UI/UX improvements across our digital platforms and services. Committee members provide feedback and support on their recommendations to innovate and advance our current technological functions.
