The Executive Women’s Mentorship Initiative is a mentorship program designed to offer women at all career levels the opportunity to build relationships that cultivate their careers and build their capacity as leaders.
Founded in partnership with The Chicago Network, the ultimate goal of the program is for relationships to become mutually beneficial, lending exclusive insight and perspective to, and from, both sides of the table. Mentorship pairs are encouraged to meet once a month and are expected to commit to at least one year of the program.
It offers incredible access to our city’s top women executives and my mentor and I forged a relationship that was satisfying on professional and personal levels.
In addition, I found tremendous value in the social and networking events with the other mentees. It seems a wise move to bring together the Executives’ Club of Chicago and The Chicago Network in this powerful way, and I look forward to getting to know my mentor this year as I continue forward in the program.
It’s not just a membership, it’s an opportunity.
