Join us as we explore the legal impacts of the newly passed law introduced by Congresswoman Cheri Bustos that ends forced arbitration for sexual assault and harassment. Its passage opens the door to other bills ending forced arbitration when it comes to issues like gender and racial diversity or pay equity.
We’ll discuss how the law impacts both companies and employees, what it means for the future of forced arbitration in general, and what companies can do to create a culture where everyone feels safe and supported. Joining this expert panel will be Congresswoman Cheri Bustos, who first introduced the bill, Kristen Prinz, Managing Partner at The Prinz Law Firm, Scott D’Angelo, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at CTS Corporation, and will be moderated by Christie Hefner.
This program is presented in partnership with the HRMAC Institute at the Executives’ Club of Chicago. The HRMAC Institute comprises Chicagoland’s largest and most vibrant community of professionals who are passionate about talent and building the best organizations of the future.
