The Executives’ Club has taken various measures recommended by public health authorities to the reduce the spread of COVID-19 and will comply with any state or local regulations in effect at the time of any in-person event. However, it is impossible to guarantee that these measures will prevent the spread of the coronavirus in all instances.

Due to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases, The Executives’ Club is updating our existing guidelines, and until further notice will require all attending Executives’ Club in-person events to be fully vaccinated* and provide proof of vaccination.

COVID-19 Safety Information. The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a pandemic and public health emergency by various public authorities, including the Center for Disease Control (CDC). COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. According to the CDC, senior citizens and those with preexisting medical conditions are especially vulnerable. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies have imposed certain rules and guidelines to respond to COVID-19. Please note that federal, state, and local orders and guidances continue to quickly evolve. At this time, applicable authorities recommend that:

  • individuals who are not fully vaccinated should continue to take certain precautions, including social distancing and wearing masks, especially while indoors
  • all individuals should continue to take precautions such as frequent hand washing and remaining home while feeling any COVID-19 symptoms not explained by another cause (such as allergies)

Attestation. By voluntarily attending an in-person event sponsored by the Exec Club, you agree to comply with all rules imposed by the CDC, federal state and local governments, the rules required at the premises of the event, if any, and the rules of the Exec Club, regarding conduct at the event related to COVID-19, and to conduct yourself in a reasonable and safe manner, in accordance with guidance from public health authorities. By attending an Exec Club event, you further certify that you do not fall into any of the following categories:

  • individuals who currently or within the past 14 days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath, among other symptoms not explained by another cause

  • individuals who are not fully vaccinated who believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19

If you fall under any of the above categories, please do not attend the event at the Exec Club that evening. The Exec Club will be happy to refund/reschedule your pre-purchased ticket and have you join us virtually or at a later date. Additionally, following your attendance at an event, you agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and to contact the Exec Club within 14 days after attending an event if you experience symptoms of COVID-19 or are subsequently diagnosed with COVID-19.
