The pandemic and subsequent “Great Resignation” have brought the need for mental health supports for employees to the forefront of many employers’ minds. While purpose has always played a key role in leadership and organizational success, it now is being recognized as a key role in an employee’s mental health and wellbeing as well. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity explore the factors that drive their individual sense of purpose and values as well as the ways in which purpose can contribute to wellbeing and resiliency. During the session, attendees will gain a better understanding of the elements of their work and life that give them personal fulfillment and learn how to help their company and team integrate purpose into their work to help improve wellbeing.

Notice: Due to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases, The Executives’ Club is updating our existing guidelines, and until further notice will require all attending Executives’ Club in-person events to be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination (either through electronic copy, photo copy or photo). Fully vaccinated means that the event date is at least 14 days after the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or at least 14 days after a single dose vaccine. At the event, we will be following all current CDC guidelines and will follow mask protocols as mandated by the venue.
