  3. You are not just tech-savvy but feel a personal triumph each time you quickly master a new piece of software and implement it seamlessly into already-existing programs and systems.

  4. You love learning about the latest tech tools to connect people everywhere.

  5. You are comfortable working with digital software and programs and the intersection of content management platforms and social media to create the foundation for a great event.

  6. You enjoy writing, research, social media, and organization.

  7. You are hyper-focused in your work; you dedicate yourself to the tasks and projects at hand in an orderly way so that you can sign off at the end of each day knowing that you made progress.

  8. You are someone who can work well under pressure, does not need to be monitored or checked up on, and are not flustered by facing multiple mini fires all at the same time.

  9. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive in to solve a problem that you may not know how to solve. Google is your friend.

  10. You are not a wallflower. During our live & digital events, we expect all of our staff to interact with our members and guests and make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.

About the Role

The role of Digital Producer is a full-time position that covers the communication and production of our digital & in-person events, forums, workshops and initiatives, organization and social/content management that includes (but is not limited to…)

  • Tech at all events - you are our tech guru, leading the production of all virtual only, in-person and hybrid events. This includes all lighting and sound needs.

  • Leading as our main expert for tech platforms, such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, YouTube, FacebookLive, LinkedIn Live, etc. - we will also look to this person for best-in-class platform solutions as webinar technology evolves.

  • Formatting, editing and posting event recordings to the website and/or YouTube

  • Technical set-up of events and rehearsals, including catching any mistakes or broken/irrelevant links and ensuring the tech process runs smoothly

  • Responding - replying quickly to comments, questions via emails and texts

  • Supporting the podcast of The Club with tech support

  • Managing relationships with vendors and negotiating relevant contracts

  • Digital platform knowledge (YouTube, LinkedIn Live, Facebook Live, Clubhouse etc) - will partner with Digital Communications Manager

Requirements

Applicant must have 3+ years’ experience in Digital Event Production. 

And PRIOR experience with: 

  • Meeting Platforms - Zoom 

  • Immersive Event Platforms - GoToWebinar

  • CRM system integration with event registration (training available)

  • AV expertise for live events

  • Podcast production knowledge

  • Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Clubhouse and Twitter.
