Private equity is about more than just capital: it’s about what gets built, who gets to build it, and what lasts.

Money in Motion brings together the investors, operators, and decision-makers shaping how businesses actually grow today — from first conviction to scaled platforms designed to endure. This is where venture, private equity, and multi-strategy leaders meet the people running companies in real time, unpacking what it takes to move from momentum to staying power in a market that demands both.

As timelines stretch and expectations rise, the game is shifting — from fast exits to long-term execution, from financial engineering to operating discipline, from capital access to true partnership. Add AI into the mix, and value creation is being rewritten in real time. Built for leaders navigating growth, governance, and transformation, this conversation is about more than capital flows — it’s about building companies that hold up, scale up, and stand the test of time. And in Chicago, that’s not theoretical. It’s happening every day.
