The Forum is for executives interested in topics such as strategic workforce planning, individual leadership development, discussions around hiring trends, capacity building, talent mobility strategy, and the use of analytics to aid in the recruitment and retention of talent.

Programming will also focus on ways leaders can find and shape their organization’s culture.
