In our meeting, we covered both Domestic and Global approaches to managing a multi-generational workforce. Moderator, Becky A. Thomas, President of Be Greater Consulting and Millennial Leadership Coach facilitated a lively, interactive discussion that kicked off with a coaching exercise on understanding perspectives and how that helps us lead across generations.

Panelists Ronaldo Borger, Chief HR Officer (formerly at Seyfarth & Shaw, LLP) Latoria “Tori” Farmer, Executive Director, HR, Diversity & Inclusion at KPMG, LLP, Michelle Kristula-Green, Head of People & Culture (formerly at Leo Burnett), Kathi Moore, Senior Director, Head of Talent and HR Business Partner at Motorola Solutions discussed the areas of benefits, training and development, work/life integration and compensation and how their companies are seeing success in retention and engagement among the programs they offer.

Topics ranged from student loan refinancing programs, to new parent coaching, hi-po rotation and retention program, health and wellness benefits, global studies done to dig into engagement, and bonus programs for critical skills to retain top performers.
