Culture drives everything we do at the individual, organizational, and societal level. As we develop new norms for how we socialize, conduct business, and catalyze social change, such innovation requires additional tools for positive impact. This workshop will allow participants to have an opportunity to explore Cultural Humility as a strategy that, calls folks in, during a time when courage, compassion, and connection is a prerequisite for working through organizational and societal experiences that change how we thrive.
This workshop is designed to be interactive with the facilitators and participants through the use large and small group discussions and activities.
