The Executives' Club Of Chicago

Executive Women’s Mentorship Initiative

The Executive Women’s Mentorship Initiative is a unique program developed by The Chicago Network and The Executives’ Club of Chicago geared towards young women seeking to cultivate their careers and capacity as leaders. The ultimate goal is for the relationship to become mutually beneficial, lending exclusive insight and perspective to, and from, both sides of the table.

Mentorship pairs are encouraged to meet once a month and are expected to commit to at least one year of the program.

"I have had a wonderful experience in the EWMI program. It offers incredible access to our city's top women executives and Ellen and I forged a relationship that was satisfying on professional and personal levels. In addition, I found tremendous value in the social and networking events with the other mentees. It seems a wise move to bring together the Executives' Club of Chicago and The Chicago Network in this powerful way, and I look forward to getting to know Gwen this year as I continue forward in the program.”
