Building on the success of our Executive Women Mentorship Initiative, we are proud to introduce the expanded One-on-One Mentorship Initiative offered by the Exec Club.
This comprehensive mentorship program is thoughtfully designed for Exec Club members of all genders and career levels. It allows participants to cultivate connections that significantly contribute to their professional growth and leadership skills.
It offers incredible access to our city’s top women executives and my mentor and I forged a relationship that was satisfying on professional and personal levels.
In addition, I found tremendous value in the social and networking events with the other mentees. It seems a wise move to bring together the Executives’ Club of Chicago and The Chicago Network in this powerful way, and I look forward to getting to know my mentor this year as I continue forward in the program.
Developed to foster mutually beneficial relationships, the program strongly emphasizes the exchange of exclusive insights and perspectives between mentors and mentees.
Exec Club members participating in the One-on-One Mentorship Initiative are encouraged to participate in monthly meetings and committing to a minimum of one year in the program.
