We are more than six months into the pandemic lockdown with no clear end date. A contentious election is looming and the holiday season fast approaching. Take a deep breath and exhale. Do you have a plan for how you might move past survival mode and cultivate resilience over the coming months? Do you need help exploring what a more holistic approach to wellness looks like for you? Join us on October 29th for an interactive workshop led by Executives’ Club member and Little Lion CEO & Founder Liem Le to learn more about how you can show up for your own wellbeing and create habits that will keep your mind, body, and soul strong as the lockdown continues.
This event will begin with a general session on the benefits of prioritizing wellness, inclusive of an introduction to mindfulness and overview of practical applications for inclusion building and de-escalating conflict. Each attendee will then participate in two separate interactive breakout sessions led by Little Lion's team of wellness instructors on Nutrition, Confidence Building, Art, Improv, Parent Work-life quality, Yoga (comfortable clothing), Mindful HIIT (workout clothing), Family yoga (kids can join), or Family kickboxing (kids can join). Attendees will be encouraged to select their breakout session preferences prior to the workshop to help the team plan for capacity. The goal of this event is to give you tangible lessons on creating a healthier environment for yourself, your team, and your family to thrive.
