The onset of COVID-19 took Chicago like a tidal wave. Our personal and professional lives were massively disrupted in a matter of days as we turned to public health leaders for answers. As we reflect on the long- and short-term consequences of the pandemic, amongst the alarming new reality, the early weeks of this pandemic were also marked by humanitarian goodness, civic creativity, and medical innovation. As public health institutions and organizations were faced with the direst crisis of our lifetime, systemic weaknesses were uncovered and consequently, collaborative solutions unfolded.

As we continue to navigate the unknowns of this public health emergency, The Executives’ Club’s Healthcare Forum brings you a panel of local experts to discuss the importance of strengthening and investing in our community health infrastructure as well as the myriad of innovative and collaborative solutions that arose as a result of our common goal to beat COVID-19. Join us for a conversation about local crisis response and recovery on November 19th.

PLEASE NOTE: The Zoom link will be included in your confirmation email. You will receive a second email on November 18th with the link to join this program. Please check your bulk or spam folder in case the link is sent there. For any questions, contact Megan Cicurel at
