We are thrilled to welcome Jeni Britton Bauer, Founder and Chief Creative Officer for Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, back to the Exec Club as our special guest. Jeni joined our President and CEO Margaret Mueller in a conversation in 2020, where she discussed the recipe for a successful founder/CEO relationship and how she has thrived through crisis.
