Change may be inevitable. Commitment to it is not.
Leaders today are being asked to move organizations through transformation at a pace few teams have experienced before — new technologies, new structures, new strategies, new expectations, and often several of them at once.
But successful change is rarely just about having the right plan. It depends on a leader’s ability to help people understand why change matters, work through resistance, see themselves in what comes next, and stay committed long enough to make it stick.
Leading Through Change is an interactive leadership workshop focused on the human dynamics that determine whether change gains momentum or stalls. Rather than introducing another step-by-step change model, participants will examine the moments where change efforts most often derail — and build practical strategies for navigating them.
Through evidence-based frameworks, peer discussion, and application to real organizational challenges, leaders will explore how to create urgency without creating fear, communicate for both understanding and belief, uncover the real sources of resistance, invite meaningful participation, and sustain commitment through execution. Participants won’t just study change, they’ll work on how they lead it.
