The afternoon begins at iO Theater, where Leadership Circle facilitators step into an immersive, improv-based workshop designed to sharpen presence, strengthen group dynamics, and elevate the peer experience across cohorts. Facilitating a circle is one of the most influential leadership roles inside The Executives’ Club. It demands agility, trust-building, and the ability to move a room with intention. This session is live practice — the kind that strengthens your circle and carries into every leadership space you enter.

Then the room expands.

The 2026 Leadership Circle Reception brings together participants across all cohorts to connect beyond individual groups. Circles meet face-to-face. Relationships stretch across industries. The broader ecosystem becomes visible.
