With lifespan increasing and the world around us transforming at an ever-faster pace, many individuals are considering second acts that build on their longstanding experience and enable new contributions to society. New York Times columnist David Brooks has studied these “second mountains” and is currently serving as a Senior Fellow at the University of Chicago Leadership & Society Initiative (LSI), a fellowship that supports distinguished executives in envisioning and activating encore chapters of purpose.

Join David to explore how you can discern your values, take stock of your experiences, and embrace your second mountain. Facilitators from the University of Chicago will assist in this interactive seminar.

This program is presented in partnership with the HRMAC Institute at the Executives’ Club of Chicago. The HRMAC Institute comprises Chicagoland’s largest and most vibrant community of professionals who are passionate about talent and building the best organizations of the future.
