With the Chicagoland area being home to many renowned business schools, local companies are in a prime position to recruit top-tier talent. However, as competition grows it’s more important than ever for businesses to be in-tune with what will attract and retain those alumni.
Join Dean Jeffrey Brown of the University of Illinois Gies College of Business, Dean Madhav V. Rajan of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and Dean Francesca Cornelli of the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management for a discussion around trending topics amongst their current students and recent alumni.
They will discuss what they are hearing regarding next steps for the talent matriculating from their universities and the expectations of their graduates for company culture and leadership with an eye toward how these topics intersect with what businesses are looking for from their workforce. This panel will also explore what businesses can do to keep alumni in the Chicagoland area after graduation.
