The development of purpose and the articulation of its connection to leadership and organizational success has never been more important. The same is true of leaders, as purpose drives vision, priorities, achievement and resilience. As we look to develop the workplace into the foundation for social transformation and the vehicle to create lasting change, it is critical that purpose play a role in the development of equitable and inclusive policies. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity explore the factors that drive their individual sense of purpose and values as well as the ways in which purpose can contribute to the development of self-awareness and the ultimate transformation of companies into catalysts for equity and inclusion.
