Civil Conversations Can Transform Your Workplace

Feeling the divide at work? Employees today expect their organizations and leaders to step up where governments fall short, especially when it comes to addressing charged political differences. This workshop, led by senior workplace and DEI advisory strategists, puts leaders on the front lines of fostering civility in the workplace.

You’ll gain inclusive leadership skills, learn to facilitate diverse and sometimes challenging political conversations, and discover which behaviors to embrace or replace to strengthen your workplace culture. We’ll also dedicate time to practicing these tools to ensure they stick.

Join us to be a catalyst for change. Don’t miss out – understand the critical role you play in fostering productive, healthy environments that work for everyone.
