Speaker Bio

Jennie Huang Bennett serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB). Previously the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Chicago, Bennett has extensive experience in managing financial turnarounds, driving cost efficiencies, and managing large complex capital structures among others. She spoke at the Executives’ Club of Chicago in 2023, for “The Financial Future of the City of Chicago”.
