Irene B. Rosenfeld is an American businesswoman who was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mondelēz International from 2011 to 2017. Rosenfeld’s career began at Dancer Fitzgerald Sample, a New York City advertising agency. Previously, she served as CEO of Kraft Foods from 2006 to 2011. She was the Executives’ Club of Chicago’s 2017 International Executive of the Year.
