Harry S. Truman was an American politician and 33rd President of the United States, serving from 1945 to 1953. Before his presidency, he served as FDR’s vice president and as a US Senator from the state of Missouri from 1935 to 1945. He spoke at the Executives’ Club of Chicago in 1955, following his term as President.
