Glenn Tilton is an American oil and airline industry executive. Tilton spent most of his career working for Texaco and guided its merger with Chevron Oil in 2001 as CEO. He was Chairman, President and CEO of United Continental Holdings from 2002 to 2010. Under Tilton’s direction, had made significant progress in its campaign to return to profitability. Tilton retired in 2014. He was the Executives’ Club of Chicago’s 2011 International Executive of the Year.
