CHICAGO, IL, October 9, 2025 — The Executives’ Club of Chicago today announced the appointment of Molly Silverman as Chief Experience Officer, an executive leadership role focused on shaping the experience of members and partners at the Club.
As Chief Experience Officer, Silverman will serve as the Club’s architect of engagement — designing experiences that ensure every interaction with the Club delivers meaningful value, trusted connection, and lasting impact. She will oversee member engagement, partner activation, and growth, building the pathways that strengthen the Club’s community and amplify its role as Chicago’s platform for executive leadership.

Silverman brings extensive experience in engagement strategy, organizational growth, and civic leadership. She most recently served as Chief Growth & Engagement Officer for the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. Across her career, Silverman has designed high-impact programs, cultivated communities, and built partnerships that advance both business and society.
