Wilton Harmon serves as Chicago Office Co-Managing Partner and Global Finance Partner at Sidley, a global law firm with nearly 1500 team members in Chicago. Sidley has established a reputation for deploying innovative legal strategies to achieve powerful results for clients in complex transactional, restructuring, crisis management, investigation, regulatory, and litigation matters.

A Board member since 2020, Wilton Harmon most recently served as First Vice Chair of the Board before being voted into the role of Chair by her fellow Board members.

The Club also extends its gratitude to outgoing Chair David Hanfland for his leadership and dedicated service to the Club during his tenure. Hanfland, who serves as CEO of PointB, will continue on as a member of the Club’s Executive Committee and serve as a trusted adviser to the organization’s leadership.
In addition to her role at Sidley, Wilton Harmon is active across Chicago’s civic and business community. She serves on the boards of the Civic Consulting Alliance and United Way of Metropolitan Chicago and is a member of The Chicago Network and the Chicago Corporate Coalition. She is a graduate of The University of Chicago Law School, where she also serves on the Law School Council and teaches professional responsibility and legal ethics.
