World Vision. Civic Action.
At The Executives’ Club of Chicago, we are partnering with Chicagoland businesses and institutions to help them recognize, grow and retain their new leaders. Our program is a premier training opportunity focused on advancing leadership by developing diverse, globally and civic-minded individuals.
At The Executives' Club of Chicago we believe that leadership is more than a career advantage. It is a life advantage that paves the way for new thinking and new ways to approach business.
In order for the U.S. to compete globally, it is imperative that we develop and emerge as a knowledge based society. This is why our program provides a forum for new talent to exchange ideas with other diverse minds. We give them the opportunity to learn from their peers as well as gain from the perspectives and knowledge of experienced global thought leaders.
The initiative comprises three parts, which are designed to enhance members’ distinguished potential and prepare them for future leadership roles:
1. New Leaders Development Series
2. New Leaders Mentorship Program
3. New Leaders Board and its five sub-committees
