We Are All Human
Despite representing 18% of the U.S. Population, and serving as the fastest-growing demographic within the country, the Hispanic population still finds itself, on the whole, under-represented within corporate cultures. Yet, as we enter a new decade, the U.S. Hispanic community is working to change that; rallying together through a collective platform and campaign via the Hispanic Star – hoping to highlight the important contributions of the Hispanic community throughout the country.
During this program, you will have the opportunity to hear from CEOs who will provide valuable insights into the support American corporations can provide, and will speak to the importance of innovative and creative ways to make the workplace more diverse and inclusive for not only Hispanic stakeholders but everyone. Together we will hear about the important work being done to make this historically invisible community visible, and what we can all do to encourage United States Hispanics to feel recognized, valued and act as a force for change in the business community.
