In what is sure to be a dynamic conversation between two well-known industry executives, Hees will talk about the bold moves he is making to generate growth, including launching new products with Oprah Winfrey.  

Hees will reflect on his path to success and what he has learned along the way, including lessons from the Oracle of Omaha himself, Warren Buffett. Hees is a partner at Brazilian investment firm, 3G Capital, which along with Buffett’s firm, Berkshire Hathaway, own a majority of Kraft Heinz.
