Series: Leadership Development Workshops
Simply put, self-awareness is an individual’s ability to see himself or herself similarly to the way others see and experience you. While it sounds like a logical concept, few people display the ability, curiosity and true intention to be truly self-aware. However, the dangers and implications of low self-awareness can be damaging to self, others, teams and entire organizations.
In this session participants will learn how to define productive self-awareness, how to deal with individuals who have too low or too high self-awareness and how to identify and manage your own self-awareness as a leader.
