Empathetic and Inclusive Leadership in Times of Crisis
The onset of COVID-19 threw our organizations and our teams out of the normal course of business in the span of a few days. As leaders, many of us faced challenges around managing remotely, driving employee engagement, and creating accountability – all while adjusting to a new blending of our professional and personal lives.
The practice of leading with empathy and inclusively is paramount to success during times like these. While many of us may have been focused on this prior to the pandemic, it has taken on a whole new meaning as we collectively deal with the anxiety and fear surrounding our safety and wellbeing while simultaneously ensuring continuing to meet client, customer, and external stakeholder commitments.
The Talent Development Forum is pleased to invite you to an interactive conversation around empathetic and inclusive leadership on June 17th. After a presentation from experts, we will facilitate discussion in virtual breakout rooms with your fellow attendees and provide an opportunity to freely engage with one another.
Please note that capacity is limited for this program and reserved solely for members of the Talent Development Forum. If you have any questions, please reach out to Megan at firstname.lastname@example.org.
