Across all industries, only 9% of senior IT leadership roles are held by women. As the impact of the CIO grows within organizations, it is also becoming more important to ensure that women occupy these integral roles. Corporate boards are making the push to appoint women CIOs and support the development of women in tech fields.

Through the development of mentorship programs and creation of attractive environments within tech companies, female representation in the tech industry is growing. There is still work to be done, however, and by investing in both current and future female tech leaders, the gender gap can continue to become smaller.

Join our panel of experts to hear their insights on how to continue empowering women to emerge as leaders in tech fields and what they believe the future of technology should look like.
