He is the founder of the global charity World Central Kitchen (WCK), which has served 75+ million meals to the hungry after disasters in Puerto Rico, Haiti, and elsewhere. José has won a National Humanities Medal and been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize. Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to meet the chef and philanthropist behind some of Chicago’s hottest restaurants (Jaleo, Pigtail, Cafe by the River, and, opening in December in partnership with Gibsons Restaurant Group, Bazaar Meat).
