The title of his presentation was "Communications Policy and Economic Growth: Outlook for 2002". Byrne Mulrooney, President, Information Solutions, Midwest Region, EDS, moderated the Club's high-tech seminar of the 2001 - 2002 season. "High-Tech 2002 and Beyond", was held on December 13, 2001. John A. Edwardson, Chairman & CEO, CDW Computer Centers, discussed the success of CDW at The Executives' Club of Chicago’s Chicago CEO Breakfast on December 7, 2001. Malcolm Williamson, President & Chief Executive Officer, VISA International, spoke about "Anywhere, Anytime, Any Way: The New World of Payments" at the Club's luncheon on November 14, 2001. Christopher Galvin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Motorola, gave a talk on "What We All Can Do To Right Our World" at the Club's luncheon on October 18, 2001. Sam Pitroda, Chairman, WorldTel, Chairman, C-Sam, Inc., moderated the Club's high-tech seminar, "Privacy and Security in the Internet Age: Challenges and Controversies", held on October 18, 2001. The seminar addressed the issues of the dynamics of the High-Tech world. Fred Reichheld, Director Emeritus, Bain & Company, delivered an opening address and moderated the discussion at the "Loyalty Still Pays in Times of Turbulence" special breakfast on October 10, 2001. Nickolas J. Neubauer, Chairman of the Board, Chicago Board of Trade, gave a powerful presentation on "Leadership at the Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago's Financial Exchanges" at the Club's first briefing of the Chicago CEO Breakfast Series on October 3, 2001. G. Richard Wagoner, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer, General Motors, opened the 2001 - 2002 Season with his address "Keep America Rolling" on September 27, 2001. Her Excellency Vaira Vike-Freiberga, President of the Republic of Latvia, gave a talk on "Euro-Atlantic Security: Approaching the Prague Summit" at the Club's special breakfast on June 18, 2002. Brown, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EDS gave a talk on "Driving Profitable Growth From the Inside Out" at the Club's luncheon on May 16, 2002. Alan J. The title of Mr. Ward's presentation was "Redefining Sears in Today's Marketplace". Lawrence J. Ellison, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Oracle Corporation, was the club's guest speaker at the April 25, 2002 luncheon. He received the Club's International Executive Of The Year Award and delivered a presentation, "E-Business is Global Business". H.E. Geza Jeszenszky, Ambassador of the Republic of Hungary to the United States, and Jonathan Kimball, Central and Eastern Europe Desk Officer,U.S. Department of Commerce, discussed U.S.-Hungarian commercial relations at the Hungarian Investment and Trade Seminar on April 17, 2002. Frank Smeekes, Vice President, A.T. Kearney, Moderated the Club's Hungarian Investment and Trade Seminar, "Hungary: The Gateway to Europe for U.S. Business", on April 17, 2002. The title of Mr. Ward's presentation was "Servant Leadership as a Competitive AdvantageOut".
