The Executives' Club is committed to working with members to ensure they receive the maximum benefit from their membership. However, program reservation rules have been established to provide members the best possible seating for each program, and to keep costs to a minimum.
The Club's reservation policy:
- Only prepaid reservations will be guaranteed seating.
- Seating for programs is on a ticketed, first-come, first-served basis.
- Tickets are mailed for reservations received 10 days prior to the program.
- Tickets for late reservations are held at the door.
- “No-show” reservations will be billed to members. Refunds are available only for cancellations made 72 hours prior to the program.
- Substitutes are welcome if you are unable to attend a program.
Corporate Season Table Sponsors:
Members who purchase table(s) of 10 are required to provide, for security reasons, a table guest list one week prior to the program and inform the Club of any vacant seats prior to the start of the program. The Club reserves the right to fill unoccupied seats at company table(s) after the program begins.
