Login & Password 
 

Do I need to be a member to create a login for the Web site?
No, non-members may create a login to allow on-line registration for programs.  However, non-member logins to not allow access to some content on the Web site.

 

How do I create a login for the Web site?

What is my username?
Your username may be any one of the following three difference pieces of information:

1. ECC membership ID number

2. E-mail address

3. Unique login ID

 

What is my password?
You can have your password reset and emailed to you by visiting the Password Reset Page.

 

My username and password are correct but the site won't let me in, what should I do?
Please send an e-mail to

How do I set up my unique login ID?
1. Click on the Login button on the top navigation bar
2. Log into the site using your membership ID number or email address
3. Click Edit Your Contact Information
4. Click the Password Edit button near the top of the screen
5. Update the information in the login box
6. Click
Submit

 

How do I change my password?
1. Click on the Login button on the top navigation bar
2. Log into the site using your membership ID number, email address, or unique login ID
3. Click Edit Your Contact Information
4. Click the Password Edit button near the top of the screen
5. Enter your new password
6. Click
Submit


 

 

Registration

 

How do I register for Programs?
1. Log into the Web site
2. Click the Programs button on the top navigation bar
3. Click on Current Season Programs on the left navigation bar
4. Click on a radio button to sort by type of program, or view entire season chronologically
5. Click the Register button for the program you wish to attend
6. Check the boxes to the left of the types of tickets you wish to purchase
7. Click Check Out
8. Repeat steps above if you wish to purchase tickets to several programs

 

How do I change/cancel an order made online?
Once you have placed an order online you will not be able to change your registration online.  If you wish to change or cancel your registration, please provide us with a written request to one of the following:

When I check out nothing I selected is showing up, what should I do?
1. Close your browser and try again
2. If you continue to have problems clear your browser information (history, cookies, cached files)

 

When I try to sign up on the Web site it keeps sending me back to a blank registration page, what should I do?
Accounts for the Web site are automatically created for members when they join The Executives' Club of Chicago.  If you are a member trying to get on for the first time, please follow the steps listed above in the login section of the page.

 

Why do I get a credit card fraud error message when I try to check out?
As part of the check out process our site compares the billing address and zip code you provide us against the one on file with your credit card company.  When the two addresses do not match, the site will return a credit card fraud error.
