Committee Description:

The Reception Committee promotes a hospitable environment for members and guests at regular Club functions and at special Club sponsored breakfasts, luncheons, evening receptions, and conferences.

Members of the Reception Committee act as official hosts and hostesses at the special hospitality tables reserved for the Club’s new members attending Club programs for the first time.  A committee member arranges to meet his/her assigned new member, introduces the new members to colleagues and answers questions.  The Committee member also acts as a networking or discussion facilitator at the hospitality tables.
