Partnering with Chicagoland businesses and institutions, the New Leaders Circle was developed to help organizations recognize, grow, and regain their new leaders; and advance their leadership ranks by developing diverse, global, and civic-minded future leaders.

At nearly 300 aspiring leaders, the New Leaders Circle is the fastest growing segment of the Executives’ Club membership.  Restricted to members under 40, these young executives come from many of Chicago’s most respected corporations and institutions.

New Leaders Circle members gain a sense of community among their peers, enjoy access to senior members of the Club, experience leadership challenges outside their daily work lives, and build targeted programming focused on the issues most important to them – Chicago’s next generation of leaders.
