The true spirit of the Executives’ Club is demonstrated in our Group Mentorship Program. Compelling mentor relationships are a key factor to most every successful career. Yet, with most senior executives’ highly demanding schedules, it can be difficult for younger executives to capture their attention.
Our senior-level mentors are some of the busiest in town, but they have stepped up and committed their time and inspiration to the Group Mentorship Program. With nearly 40% of our New Leaders participating, it’s one of the Club’s most successful franchises.
The group-based program is only open to Club members, with one group mentor assigned to five or six mentees. The mentor groups meet approximately once every other month.
Group mentors are C-suite and senior-level executives who are champions for the development of new talent and global citizenship. Click on Group Mentor Overview to learn more about mentor responsibilities. If you are interested in becoming a mentor, click on the Group Mentor Application.
To become a mentee you must have a minimum of three to five years of work experience and a commitment to full participate in the program. Click on Group Mentee Overview to learn more about this commitment. If you are interested in becoming a mentee, click on the Group Mentee Application.
