The Club’s diverse 43-member Board of Directors are senior-level executives from Chicago’s most prestigious companies and organizations.

The New Leaders Board, formed in 2004, drives the program and issue agenda for the Club’s New Leaders Circle.

Each of the Club’s nine Committees is led by Co-Chairs who represent Chicago’s who’s who in industry leadership. Committee-initiated thought leadership programs are developed and advanced by these dynamic individuals.
